How do I update my domains nameservers?

If you've recently migrated to Clickhost you'll need to update the domain's nameservers so that the DNS resolves directly from our server.

If the domain name is registered with us you can follow these steps to update the nameservers from the Clickhost dashboard.

  1. Once logged in, click Manage Domains on the left
  2. Select your domain name
  3. Click Manage Nameservers
  4. Enter the Nameservers and hit Update Nameservers

If the domain is registered elsewhere, you'll need to update the nameservers with the current domain provider.

The nameservers for your service can be found via;

  1. Select the type of hosting service on the left
  2. Click Manage next to your service.
  3. The nameservers are listed here on the overview screen

Currently, our nameservers for business hosting are;

ns1.clickhost.com.au
ns2.clickhost.com.au

However, if you've got reseller hosting and you'd like to use white label nameservers they are;

ns1.cphosting.io
ns2.cphosting.io
