No, you can sign up and use our the service for 30 days without providing a credit card. This is a 100% no commitment trial with no obligation to continue.

What happens after the 30 days?

You will have the option to continue using our service by providing a credit card. If you choose not to continue, your account will be deleted after 30 days.

How much does it cost after the trial?

You can upgrade to any of our existing Business Hosting plans after 30 days. Most customers will find the Entry plan to be sufficient but it depends on how much disk space your new website is using. The first renewal will be pro-rata to cover the remainder of the current month and then you'll pick from a monthly or annual billing cycle.

If I already have a website, can I transfer it to your website builder?

We can only transfer websites built using SiteJet website builder into our Website Builder hosting. Websites built using other self-hosted CMS systems like WordPress can be migrated seamlessly into our Business Web Hosting. If you have a website built in a different website builder service, you should ask that provider if websites built using their platform can be reansferred away.

Can I transfer the website I create away?

Yes, you can transfer your website to another host with support for SiteJet websites at any time as long as your trial has been active for at least 1 month. We provide a full cPanel backup and restore service to make this easy for you. We also provide a full export of your website files and database so you can take them with you.

Do I need a domain to start building my website?

No, we'll provide a temporary domain for you to use while you build your website. Once you're ready to go live, you can upgrade the service to a paid plan which will allow you to link a domain and get your new website loading from your domain.
