Website not loading? Try these steps first.

When your website is down, the answer to the issue may be much simpler than you think.

An issue with your website can be caused by many different things.

• Problems with the DNS
• Your cache
• A firewall on the server or on your computer
• Disk space
• The website code or addons

These are just some of the many reasons a website can go down.

When your website is down it's important to troubleshoot as soon as possible to ensure that your site is back up and running.

Most of the time, you may be able to resolve the issue yourself depending on the cause.

The first thing you can check is if your site loads on another device or another network (like mobile 4G). If this is the case, this immediately tells you that the issue is specific to your network and is most likely firewall-related.

If the site isn't loading at all on any device it could be something like DNS issues or the domain has expired.
