How do I access cPanel?

There are two ways to access cPanel

Via the Click Host dashboard

1. Log into your Clickhost dashboard at https://clickhost.com.au/manage/dashboard
2. Select the type of service on the left-hand side
3. Click the cPanel logo next to your service on the right.

Logging in via a direct URL

To access cPanel via this method you will need to have your cPanel credentials. You can view these by following steps 1 and 2 from above then:

1. Click Manage instead of the cPanel Logo
2. Click the Access Credentials tile on the right-hand side. (For security, we don't store the cPanel password so you'll need to reset it using the Reset Password option.)
3. You'll now put in your URL address bar domainname.com.au/cpanel. However, if that doesn't work you'll need to use server hostname/cpanel instead.
4. Enter the username and password and hit log in.
