Step 1: Gather Required Information

- Your cPanel email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Your cPanel email password
- Mail server settings (Incoming and Outgoing server addresses)
Step 2: Open Outlook
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer.
Step 3: Add a New Email Account
- Go to "File" and select "Add Account."
