What happened with HostingBee?

On 8 June 2023, Click Host Pty Ltd announced the acquisition of HostingBee, a small Australian provider of web hosting, and domain names. 

Clickhost is on a mission to be the fastest, easiest to use and most reliable website hosting service provider in Australia. We are backed by a friendly local team of experts who provide the best customer support and customer service experience in the Aussie web hosting space.

We believe innovation is the next natural step for progression in hosting and we thrive on customer feedback to help us grow in the right direction.


What about my hosting service?

As part of this exciting transition, your existing HostingBee service will be migrated to the most suitable hosting plans within Clickhost's established range of services. Our dedicated team will carefully assess each customer's requirements, ensuring a seamless transition to a Clickhost plan that perfectly aligns with your needs. 

When choosing your new plan, we carefully consider your website's resource usage—CPU, memory, IO, disk space, and bandwidth. Our goal is to find the smallest plan that meets your website's needs, saving you money while ensuring optimal performance. This tailored approach guarantees that you get precisely what you require without unnecessary expenses, maximizing the value of your hosting.

Where will I log in?

Your account will be migrated to the Clickhost website and you will log in to manage your service from here: https://clickhost.com.au/manage

Your login credentials should remain the same as the details used to log in to the HostingBee portal, however, if you have any trouble logging in, you can reset your password here:

What happens to my domains?

All domains will be migrated to Clickhost seamlessly when your new account is created. Your existing domain expiry dates will be unaffected as part of the migration and  Clichost Pty Ltd will bill you for the renewal at the next renewal date.

How to get support?

For the best technical support experience possible, we recommend you submit a support ticket to our 24/7 helpdesk. Our helpdesk team are trained to take their time and be thorough to provide the best customer service experience in Australia. We respond to most tickets in under 1 hour with an average response time of around 15 minutes 24/7 365.
