How to update your billing preferences

To update your billing details you first need to log into the Clickhost dashboard and navigate to payment details in the left sidebar.

Once there you can enter the credit card details and save/update the card. You'll also be able to enable/disable automatic billing from this area.

Do you offer any other payment methods?

Currently, we only offer Visa & Mastercard. We will offer BPay, Paypal, and others in the future.

When are we billed?

Hosting services are pro-rata to the 1st of each month. Invoices are generated on the 14th of the month and are charged 3 days before the due date.

What is automatic billing?

We allow you to disable automatic credit card processing, if this is disabled you will need to manually pay each invoice.

What is your refund policy?

We offer 30-day refunds on any hosting services. Domain names are non-refundable.
